We build
your workforce.

A practical system for every Alliance Manpower message, page and experience — clear enough to use, strict enough to protect trust.

01

Foundation

The brand is operational confidence.

Alliance exists to make cross-border workforce delivery feel clear, compliant and ready — for employers, workers and the partners connecting them.

Brand promise

“The right people, ready for the work — with one accountable partner from first call to day one.”
ClearCompliantReadyHuman
01 / Employer

Keep operations moving.

Lead with workforce continuity, delivery speed, sector fit and accountable legal support.

02 / Worker

Make the move feel safe.

Explain the role, documents, travel, support and next step without ambiguity or inflated promises.

03 / Agent

Make partnership tangible.

Clarify the program, qualification rules, reporting, payment milestones and relationship owner.

Positioning

International reach.
Local accountability.

For industrial and service businesses that cannot let labour gaps slow production, Alliance Manpower is the cross-border workforce partner that recruits, documents and supports reliable teams across Europe and Israel.

Unlike a CV marketplace, Alliance manages the operational path around the person — from fit and compliance to mobility and on-the-ground support.

Colour

Carbon leads. Sage stays quiet.

The approved pages are almost monochrome: carbon, white and warm mineral fields. Sage appears only as a restrained editorial or interaction cue.

Instrument Sans, with purpose.

Instrument Sans keeps every approved route direct. Hierarchy comes from scale, spacing and weight; Georgia is reserved for editorial quotations only.

05

Verbal identity

Calm authority, practical humanity.

We communicate like the accountable operator in the room: direct, specific and reassuring without sounding bureaucratic or overpromising.

Clear

Say what happens next.

“Share the roles, location and start date. We’ll return with the right staffing path.”

Compliant

Explain responsibility.

“We coordinate permits and employment documentation through one accountable process.”

Ready

Connect speed to proof.

“Pre-vetted specialists can reinforce approved projects within the agreed deployment window.”

Human

Acknowledge the person.

“Workers know the role, documents, travel plan and local contact before departure.”

Use

Need 40 qualified welders in Lithuania by September? Tell us the certification, shift and site requirements.

Avoid

We provide the best, fastest and most innovative staffing solutions for every company worldwide.

Use

Your Alliance contact coordinates recruitment, documentation, arrival and the first weeks on site.

Avoid

We take care of everything, guaranteed, so you never need to worry about any aspect of hiring.

06

Photography

Show the work at its real scale.

The approved image system comes from the dedicated Home experience and reviewed project-detail modules: operating context first, identifiable skill second, and crops that preserve the subject instead of forcing every image into the same shape.

Do

Use natural light, active environments, credible PPE and observable work.

Frame

Use the approved 3:2 system with a documented focal point. Reframe at breakpoints; never stretch or distort.

Avoid

No generic or inauthentic stock scenes, unsafe work, distorted crops or heavily artificial effects.

Disclose

If AI imagery is ever used, label it and never imply a generated person is a real worker or client.

07

Digital system

A restrained system that moves.

The interface uses generous space, structural lines, large editorial type and purposeful motion. Every interaction must keep the next action obvious.

Motion principles

Reveal structure. Confirm action. Never delay meaning.

  • Keep input feedback under 220 ms.
  • Use 460–1380 ms only for editorial and media transitions.
  • Animate opacity and transform; avoid layout shifts.
  • Honor prefers-reduced-motion.
  • Never hide essential content behind scroll choreography.
08

Page system

Ten governed surfaces — eight approved, two in development.

Dedicated custom routes define the visual system. About Us and Services belong in the architecture, but stay clearly marked as development surfaces until their own components and content are reviewed.

Always

  • Identify the audience in the first viewport.
  • State the service model in plain language.
  • Show a relevant process or proof before the final CTA.
  • Provide descriptive alt text and visible focus states.
  • Localise meaning, not only words — including RTL for Hebrew.

Never

  • Mix employer, worker and agent CTAs in one primary hierarchy.
  • Publish an unsupported number, “guarantee” or legal claim.
  • Repeat generic benefit cards without operational proof.
  • Use flags as language labels or rely on colour alone.
  • Let animation block reading, navigation or form completion.
  • Index About Us or Services before dedicated content and components are approved.
10

Governance

Approved surfaces are the source of truth.

The custom page component, its hardcoded approved media and the design review record define the brand. Scraped markup, generic fallback pages and dynamic feed content never define this system.

Source policy

Dedicated route first. Approved asset second. Review record always.

If a colour, component, photograph or page pattern exists only in legacy or scraped material, it is excluded. New work extends the approved custom system; it does not revive the fallback layer.
